A good heavy workout and a healthy tea of baked salmon and veggies today. Just a little reparation for the over indulgence of the weekend :)

… some idiot woman from the occupational health department managed to raise mine this morning when she decided to park her car in the same space already occupied by mine. Damaged my wing mirror in the process…. silly moo…. still, at least she had the honesty to own up to her crass stupidity.
